These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ubisi Delivery mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ubisi Delivery.


1. About Ubisi Delivery

Ubisi Delivery is a platform that connects customers, merchants, and drivers (called Texases) to facilitate the ordering and delivery of food, groceries, alcohol, general shopping, and transport services.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Ubisi Delivery.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Ubisi Delivery is not responsible for losses due to your negligence.

4. Orders and Deliveries

  • Ubisi Delivery acts as a facilitator between customers, merchants, and drivers.
  • Product availability, pricing, and quality are the responsibility of the merchants.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
  • Alcohol and age-restricted items will only be delivered according to legal requirements.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Customers agree to pay all order, delivery, and shopping fees as displayed in the app.
  • Payments are processed through the payment methods provided in the app.
  • Ubisi Delivery may charge additional fees for service changes, refunds, or special requests.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before a driver begins processing or shopping.
  • Once the order is in progress, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery information.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding restricted items.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ubisi Delivery is not liable for merchant errors, delays, or items damaged during transit.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Ubisi Delivery may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Changes will be posted in the app or website with a revised Effective Date.
  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
