At Ubisi Delivery, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work, the conditions for eligibility, and how to request one. Our goal is to make the process clear, fair, and transparent for all users.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel an order under the following conditions:
	- Before Processing Begins: Orders can be cancelled before a driver (Texas) starts shopping or picks up your items.
 
	- Unprocessed Orders: If your order is pending in the system and has not yet been assigned to a driver, it can be cancelled easily through the app.
 
Important: Once a driver has started shopping or is on their way to collect items, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund. This ensures that our drivers, merchants, and partners are compensated fairly for their time and effort.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order, you can:

		- Select the order you wish to cancel.

3. Fees and Refunds
	- Non-refundable Fees: Delivery and shopping fees are non-refundable once a driver begins processing your order.
 
	- Refundable Items: If an order is cancelled before processing, the payment for items will be refunded in full through the original payment method.
 
	- Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
4. Special Cases
	- Partial Orders: If part of your order has been processed or picked up, cancellation may not apply to the completed portion. Only unprocessed items may be eligible.
 
	- Age-restricted Items: Orders including alcohol or restricted products must comply with legal regulations. If such an order is cancelled after processing, the rules above still apply.
 
	- Technical Issues: In rare cases of app errors or system failures, our support team will assist in resolving cancellations fairly.
