Ubisi Delivery – Refund Policy

At Ubisi Delivery, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered accurately and on time. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable and how to request them.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are considered if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Refunds are not available for orders cancelled after a driver (Texas) has begun shopping or processing the order.
  • Refunds do not cover delivery or shopping fees once the order is in progress.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the app, email, or phone:
