Ubisi Delivery – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ubisi Delivery, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries work, what to expect, and your responsibilities as a customer.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • After confirmation, a driver (called a Texas) is assigned to pick up and deliver your order.
  • You will receive updates in real-time through the app regarding your order status, estimated delivery time, and driver location.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:
    • Traffic conditions
    • Weather conditions
    • Merchant preparation time
    • Order volume
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Ubisi Delivery is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
  • You can track your order in real-time through the app for the most accurate updates.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery Fee applies to all orders, displayed at checkout in the app.
  • Shopping Fee applies if a driver shops on your behalf.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the driver has begun processing the order.

4. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • Ubisi Delivery is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
  • If an item is unavailable or out of stock, the driver or merchant will contact you through the app to provide alternatives or cancel the item.

5. Alcohol & Age-Restricted Items

  • Alcohol and other restricted items are delivered only to customers of legal age.
  • Drivers may request valid ID at the time of delivery.
  • Orders that fail to meet age verification requirements may be refused, and refunds will follow the Refund Policy.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If items arrive damaged or missing, contact us immediately:

  • We will assess the situation and, if eligible, replace the item, issue a credit, or provide a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before a driver starts shopping or picking up items.
  • Once the order is in progress, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, customers should:

  • Provide accurate contact and address information.
  • Be available to receive the order or provide instructions for safe delivery.
  • Follow app instructions for any changes or updates to the order.
